Can I find out the status of my order?

Of course! Always refer to the emails we send you and if you have a Terranova online account and have a registered order, you can also check under “My Orders” in the “My Account” section. 

As soon as you complete an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Then, when the order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a shipping email with a link so you can track your parcel and an invoiced attached with details on prices and promotions.
